Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. It should include all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Personalized or customized items are not eligible unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please email our support team at contactamoxdigi@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. Please package the item securely and use the prepaid shipping label we will provide for a safe and free return.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns and exchanges are now free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid, trackable shipping label to ensure your item reaches us safely without any cost to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within five business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please include that request in your return email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
